筋裂孔Muscular space(Lacuna musculorum retroinguinalis)

筋裂孔【きんれっこう】 Compartment for the passage of the iliopsoas, femoral nerve, and lateral cutaneous nerve of the thigh between the border of the pelvis, inguinal ligament, and iliopectineal arch.(筋裂孔は鼡径靱帯と寛骨との間に生じた半月形の間隙は、腸骨筋膜の肥厚した腸恥筋膜弓によって内側部と外側部に二分される。その外側部を筋裂孔といい、ここを腸腰筋と大腿神経が通る。また内側部は血管裂孔で、ここを大腿動静脈が走る。)
