下腿筋膜；深下腿筋膜Deep fascia of leg(Fascia cruris; Fascia cruris profunda)

下腿筋膜；深下腿筋膜【かたいきんまく】 Fascia that is fused with the free margins of the leg bones, and partly giving origin to the muscles of the leg. Thickened, interwoven portions form retinacula, which hold the flexor and extensor tendons in place.(下腿筋膜は大腿筋膜につづいて下腿の筋を包み、脛骨の前縁と内側縁につく。下方は足背筋膜につづく。脛骨内側面は筋に被われないのであるが、その上端部には薄筋、縫工筋および半腱様筋の腱膜が鵞足を作って放散している。また、伸筋の上部では筋の起始となるため厚い。下端部は厚くなって、伸筋の前で上伸筋支帯、外果の後方では上腓骨筋支帯、内果の後下では屈筋支帯を作っている。)
