長母指外転筋・短母指伸筋の腱鞘【ちょうぼしがいてんきん・たんぼししんきんのけんしょう】 Common tendinous sheath for the abductor pollicis longus and extensor pollicis brevis forming the first tendon compartment on the dorsum of the hand.(母指の長外転筋および短伸筋の腱鞘は伸筋支帯の下からおこり、長母指外転筋と短母指伸筋の両側の腱をいれる共通した腱鞘。手背の第一腱区にある。)
