外膜（食道の）【がいまく（しょくどうの）】 Loose connective tissue surrounding the esophagus in the mediastinum. It forms a sliding layer that connects it with surrounding structures.(食道の外膜は多量の弾性線維を混えた疎性結合組織から構成され、食道を後胸壁ないし隣接器官に接合している。迷走神経本幹等の神経や血管が存在する。)
