胃円蓋Fornix of stomach(Fornix gastricus)

胃円蓋【いえんがい】 Forms the upper border of the fundus of stomach beneath the diaphragm.(胃円蓋は以前はfundus of stomach（胃底）の同義語と見なされていたが、TAでは胃底と胃円蓋を別扱いしている。胃底はすべての胃にあるもので胃体の最上部をいい、その粘膜は非常に厚い。円蓋は噴門口より左上方にみられるドーム状もしくはポケット状の膨らみで直立姿勢ではしばしばガスが入っている。)
