膨大部（十二指腸の）；十二指腸球部【ぼうだいぶ（じゅうにしちょうの）；じゅうにしちょうきゅうぶ】 Functional expansion at the beginning of the duodenum; briefly visible on radiographs.(十二指腸球部はＸ線像で幽門の上方にあって球状あるいは三角の帽状を呈する。短時間現れる十二指腸起始部の機能的な拡大。)
