肛門直腸会陰筋；直腸尿道筋【こうもんちょくちょうえいんきん；ちょくちょうにょうどうきん】 Bundle of muscle cells arising from the longitudinal muscular layer of rectum and anal canal and passing in males to the male urethra and perineum above the perineal body.(直腸尿道筋は直腸縦走筋から膀胱底の側面にいたる平滑筋。)
