上括約筋（総胆管の）Superior sphincter of bile duct(Musculus sphincter superior ductus choledochi)

Boyden, Four-part sphincter of上括約筋（総胆管の）【じょうかつやくきん（そうたんかんの）】 Ring of muscle fibers extending along the bile duct to its junction with the pancreatic duct. Muscular contraction enables filling of the galbladder.(ボイデン括約筋(Boyden's sphincter)とも呼ばれる。)
