Boyden, Four-part sphincter of; Oddi, Sphincter of胆膵管膨大部括約筋；膨大部括約筋；オッディの括約筋【たんすいかんぼうだいぶかつやくきん；ぼうだいぶかつやくきん；おでぃのかつやくきん】 Sphincter muscle complex that consists of circular and spiral smooth-muscle cells surrounding the hepatopancreatic ampulla.(オディの括約筋とも呼ばれる。総胆管および膵管の十二指腸開口部にある括約筋。イタリアのRuggero Oddi (1864-1913)によって、1887年に発見された。膵島を発見したPaul Langerhans同様、オディも発見当時は医学生であった。)
