内側肺底区（S7）（右肺の）；右肺、下葉の内側底区（S7）；右肺、下葉の心臓区（S7）【ないそくはいていく（S7）（うはいの）；うはい、かようのないそくていく（S7）；うはい、かようしんぞうく（S7）】 It does not extend to the lateral surface of the lung and is only visible from the medial and inferior surface.(内側肺底区（S7）は左肺にも存在するので右肺の内側肺底区（S7）としなければ混乱する。)
