肺尖後区（S1+2）（左肺の）；左肺、上葉の尖後区（S1+2）【はいせんこうく（S1+2）（さはいの）；さはい、じょうようのせんこうく（S1+2）】 It is composed of two segments that together form a wedge-shaped segment situated between the oblique fissure and anterior segment of the superior lobe.(肺尖後区（S1+2）はよい名称であるが、ここでは直訳も採用した。)
