上－下葉区（S6）（左肺の）；左肺、下葉の上区（S6）【じょう－かようく（S6）（さはいの）；さはい、かようのうじょうく（S6）】 Posterosuperior apical segment of the inferior lobe adjacent to the vertebral column.(上－下葉区（S6）は右肺にも存在するので、左肺の上－下葉区（S6）としなければ混乱する。)
