胸膜上膜Suprapleural membrane(Membrana suprapleuralis)

Sibson's fascia胸膜上膜【きょうまくじょうまく】 Thickened portion of the endothoracic fascia at the pleural cupula.(胸膜頂の上に広がり、これを補強する胸内筋膜。第１肋骨内側縁と第７頸椎 の横突起に付着するためvertebro-pleural fasciaともよばれる。イギリスの解剖学者Francis Sibson (1814-1876)によって報告された。)
