筋層（腎盤の）Muscular layer of renal pelvis(Tunica muscularis pelvis renalis)

筋層（腎盤の）【きんそう（じんばんの）】 The muscular coat is composed of an inner layer of longitudinal cells and an outer layer of more spirally oriented smooth-muscle cells. They form sphincter-like reinforcements around the margins of the calices and the exit of the ureter.
