右・左葉；外側部（前立腺の）Right and left lobes of prostate(Lobi prostatae dexter et sinister; Partes laterales)

右・左葉；外側部（前立腺の）【う・さよう；がいそくぶ（ぜんりつせんの）】 Separated by a longitudinal furrow, the prostate lobes can be palpated from posteriorly. They can be divided into four lobules each.(前立腺の右葉と左葉は尿道の左右両側にあり、本来の腺組織が発達してできる。前立腺の後面には、左右両葉の間に浅い溝がみられる。)
