中葉（前立腺の）Middle lobe of prostate(Lobus medius)

Albarran's gland中葉（前立腺の）【ちゅうよう（ぜんりつせんの）】 Superomedial and anteromedial lobes arise from a middle lobe during development. It tends to undergo hormoneinduced hypertrophy in the elderly and ca. close off the internal urethral orifice like a valve.(前立腺の中葉は尿道の後方で、左右の射精管の前にある部、すなわち尿道と射精管との間にあるクサビ状の部で、主として内線で占められる。中葉は加齢とともに肥大し、上方に突隆するようになる。このような中葉の突隆によって、膀胱頚の内面で内尿道口のすぐ後ろに膀胱垂ができる。)
