内尿道括約筋；精丘上括約筋；前立腺前括約筋【ないにょうどうかつやくきん】 Thickening of the circular layer of the detrusor muscle sling around the preprostatic urethra. Contraction of the muscle prevents retrograde ejaculation into the bladder.
