肛門三角筋；肛門部の筋【こうもんさんかくきん；こうもんぶのきん】 The following muscle is the only one found in the anal triangle.(肛門三角筋は会陰靱帯、浅会陰横筋より後ろで大臀筋下縁より前の部分にある筋の総称で、肛門挙筋と外肛門括約筋を含む。)
