会陰腱中心；会陰体Perineal body(Corpus perineale; Centrum perinei; Centrum tendineum perinei)

会陰腱中心；会陰体【えいんけんちゅうしん；えいんたい】 Elastic sheet of tissue between the rectum and vagina (in the female) or urethra (in the male) composed of fascia and tendons from the levator ani, deep transverse perineal muscle, bulbospongiosus, and external anal sphincter muscle with smooth-muscle cells from the urinary bladder and rectum. It is connected in the male to the prostate capsule and in the female to the vagina.(会陰体（会陰腱中心）は直腸と尿生殖隔膜の間にある小さな組織板であり、平滑筋の被い丈夫な線維網を含む。筋結合組織の会陰体は構築上重要な結合であり、そこでは肛門挙筋、深会陰横筋、球海綿体筋、外肛門括約筋などの筋膜や腱が互いに骨盤器官の平滑筋や男性の前立腺の結合組織性被膜また女性の腟後壁とつながっている。会陰体は筋膜に支持されている筋の張力により、ほとんど両側でしっかりした薄い板に支えられている。会陰体の筋構築は２つの挙筋脚の間に広がる横走する平滑筋束を形成し、挙筋裂孔を前方の“尿生殖裂孔”と後方の“肛門裂孔”とに分けている。それらは男性では前立腺挙筋、女性では恥骨腟筋（旧名：腟挙筋）といわれている。肛門挙筋の前直腸線維は会陰体へ放散する。女性では腟がその外側と後方とを取り囲む会陰体を貫いている。)
