尿道圧迫筋Compressor urethrae muscle♀(Musculus compressor urethrae♀)

尿道圧迫筋【にょうどうあっぱくきん】 Muscle fibers (female) that are continuous with the distal part of the urethral sphincter and pass to the ramus of the ischium. They act to compress the urethra and, due to their course, also elongate it.(尿道圧迫筋は左右の坐骨恥骨枝の間に尿道の前をループをなして通り抜ける細い筋帯で、収縮すると尿道前壁を後ろへ圧迫し（編み上げ靴の紐を締めるように）後壁に密着させる。男性にも存在するがTAではリストアップされていない。)
