横隔結腸間膜；横隔結腸ヒダ【おうかくけっちょうかんまく；おうかくけっちょうひだ】 Peritoneal fold passing between the splenic flexure of the colon and diaphragm. Its attachment at the inferior pole of the spleen produces a deep crevice formed by the attachment of the phrenicolic ligament in which the organ rests.(横隔膜と下行結腸の間の左方にある腹膜ヒダ。 (Feneis))
