線維被膜；内被膜（甲状腺の）【せんいひまく（こうじょうせんの）】 Double layer of connective tissue forming the capsule around the thyroid gland. The inner layer encloses the organ and the outer layer is composed of the pretracheal layer of cervical fascia.
