右房室弁；三尖弁【うぼうしつべん；さんせんべん】 Valve apparatus between the right atrium and ventricle, it arises from the fibrous ring in three parts which are connected via the chordae tendineae to the papillary muscles.(右房室弁は右の心房と心室間の弁で３部からなり、線維輪から起こり腱索により右心室の乳頭筋と結合する。前尖、後尖、中隔尖の３枚からなるので三尖弁ともよばれる。)
