左房室弁；僧帽弁；二尖弁Mitral valve; Left atrioventricular valve(Valva atrioventricularis sinistra; Valva mitralis)

左房室弁；僧帽弁；二尖弁【さぼうしつべん；そうぼうべん；にせんべん】 Valve apparatus between the left atrium and ventricle with two cusps that arise from the fibrous ring and are connected via the chordae tendineae to the papillary muscles of the left ventricle.(左房室弁は左心房と左心室の間の弁で、２部（前尖、後尖）からなる。僧帽弁とか二尖弁といわれる。僧帽弁はその形状から、二尖弁はその構成からきているが僧帽弁の名称がよく用いられる。線維輪から起こり腱索を介して左心室の乳頭筋とむすばれる。右房室弁と同様に、先鞭の心室面の自由縁には、乳頭筋の尖端から起こる細い腱索が付着し、弁の反転を防ぐ。)
