交連尖（僧帽弁の）Commissural cusps of mitral valve(Cuspides commissurales valvae atrioventricularis sinistri)

交連尖（僧帽弁の）【こうれんせん（そうぼうべんの）】 Two distinct, subdivided lateral margins, one on either side of the middle one-third of the posterior cusp, which is rather smooth and protruding. They ca. create the appearance of additional cusps.(左房室弁の２つの大きな弁（前尖、後尖）の間にたいていある小さな副弁。)
