洞房結節枝；洞結節枝（左冠状動脈の）Sinu-atrial nodal branch of right coronary artery(Ramus nodi sinuatrialis arteria coronariae dextrae)

洞房結節枝；洞結節枝（左冠状動脈の）【どうぼうけつせつし；どうぼうけつせつし（うかんじょうどうみゃくの）】 Most common branch (55%) passing to a vascular plexus at the entrance of the superior vena cava and via the plexus to the sinu-atrial node.(右冠状動脈の洞房結節枝は約55%で右冠状動脈の前幹から起こって心房へ上行する枝。35～45%では左冠状動脈の回旋枝から起こる。上大静脈の基部を回って洞結節に達する。)
