房室結節枝（右冠状動脈の）Atrioventricular nodal branch of right coronary artery(Ramus nodi atrioventricularis arteria coronariae dextrae)

房室結節枝（右冠状動脈の）【ぼうしつけっせつし（うかんじょうどうみゃくの）】 Branch extending from the beginning of the right posterolateral branch to the atrioventricular node.(右冠状動脈の房室結節枝は房室枝または結節枝ともいう。房室結節に分布する動脈で、通常は右冠状動脈から起こり後に後室間溝を下行する。)
