上喉頭動脈Superior laryngeal artery(Arteria laryngea superior)

上喉頭動脈【じょうこうとうどうみゃく】 It penetrates the thyrohyoid membrane and lies beneath the mucosa of the piriform recess. It supplies the upper portion of the mucosa and the inner laryngeal muscles. Principle laryngeal artery. It is connected with the inferior laryngeal artery.(上喉頭動脈は上甲状腺動脈より起こり、咽頭の筋肉と粘膜に分布する。上甲状腺動脈の輪状甲状枝、下咽頭動脈の終末枝と吻合する。)
