交通後部；A２区；脳梁周囲動脈；傍脳梁動脈（前大脳動脈の）【こうつうこうぶ；Ａ２く；のうりょうしゅういどうみゃく；ぼうのうりょうどうみゃく（ぜんだいのうどうみゃくの）】 Segment of the anterior cerebral artery that joins with the anterior communicating artery and passes below the genu of corpus callosum to the vertex of the dorsally convex arch.(前大脳動脈の交通後部は皮質部ともよばれ、その走行は大脳縦裂に中にはいると上方に走って脳梁膝の下面に達すると前方に屈曲して、そのあとは脳梁の周囲にある脳梁槽の中を脳梁をとりまくような形で後方に走り、脳梁膨大の付近にまで達する。この脳梁にそって走る部分を脳梁周囲動脈（旁脳梁動脈）という。脳梁周囲動脈は前大脳動脈の終末枝であり、脳梁の背側面に沿って尾側方向へ走り、楔前部を含む頭頂葉の内側面に分布する。)
