上終末枝；上皮質枝；M４区（中大脳動脈の）【じょうしゅうまつし；じょうひしつし；Ｍ４く（ちゅうだいのうどうみゃくの）】 Branches supplying the cortex of the frontal and parietal lobes as well as the central region.(中大脳動脈の上皮質枝は外側眼窩前頭動脈、前頭前野動脈、中心前溝動脈、中心溝動脈、中心後溝動脈、前頭頂動脈、後頭頂動脈の総称で中大脳動脈のM4区域とも呼ばれる。)
