交通後部；Ｐ２区；後交通動脈後部（後大脳動脈の）【こうつうこうぶ；Ｐ２く；こうこうつうどうみゃくこうぶ（こうだいのうどうみゃくの）】 Portion of the vessel between the posterior communicating artery and the origin of the anterior temporal branches. It passes around the midbrain through the ambient cistern and the tentorial notch to the inferior surface of the cerebrum.(後大脳動脈のうち後交通動脈が分岐した後の動脈。中脳をまわり大脳大静脈槽とテント切痕をへて大脳下面へ。)
