外側後頭動脈；Ｐ３区（後大脳動脈の）Lateral occipital artery; P3 segment of posterior cerebral artery(Arteria occipitalis lateralis; Segmentum arteria cerebri posterioris P3)

外側後頭動脈；Ｐ３区（後大脳動脈の）【がいそくこうとうどうみゃく；P3く（こうだいのうどうみゃくの）】 Lateral terminal branch of the posterior cerebral artery. It passes to the basilar surface of the posterior lobe and to the posterior temporal lobe.(外側後頭動脈は後大脳動脈の最終枝の１つで、前側頭枝、中間側頭枝、内側側頭枝、後側頭枝を出して側頭葉に分布する。後大脳動脈のP3区域と呼ばれている。)
