内側後頭動脈；Ｐ４区（後大脳動脈の）【ないそくこうとうどうみゃく；Ｐ４く（こうだいのうどうみゃくの）】 Medial terminal branch of the posterior cerebral artery. It passes to the medial surface of the posterior lobe.(内側後頭動脈は、頭頂後頭動脈と鳥距動脈とに分岐し、それぞれ後頭葉の内側面、脳梁膨大部の内側領域に分布する。)
