上小脳動脈Superior cerebellar artery; SCA(Arteria superior cerebelli)

上小脳動脈【じょうしょうのうどうみゃく】 Artery passing through the ambient cistern and traveling around the midbrain to the cerebellar surface beneath the tentorium cerebelli.(上小脳動脈は脳底動脈の吻側部に起始し、脳幹を背外側方に取り巻いて走った後、小脳半球上面を走る。この動脈は次の主な２本の枝に分かれる。すなわち①小脳の虫部の上部とこれに近接した領域に分布する内側枝、②小脳半球上面に血液を送る外側枝である。内側枝と外側枝からの穿通枝は深部の小脳核、上髄帆、小脳髄体に分布する。また第四脳室脈絡叢にも分布する枝も出す。)
