外側肋骨枝（内胸動脈の）【がいそくろっこつし（ないきょうどうみゃくの）】 Anatomical variant arising from the internal thoracic artery and running lateral and parallel to it.(内胸動脈の外側肋骨枝は内頚動脈の破格の枝で、内胸動脈の外側に並走し胸郭内面に分布して後肋間動脈と吻合する。)
