貫通枝；穿通枝（深掌動脈弓の）【かんつうし；せんつうし（しんしょうどうみゃくきゅうの）】 Branches that anastomose with the dorsal metacarpal arteries and carpal palmar arch.(深掌動脈弓の貫通枝は３本あり、深掌動脈弓より分岐して、第２，３，４中手骨間隙でそれに相当の背側骨間筋の両頭の間を通って手背に出て、背側中手動脈へ吻合する。)
