側副枝（肋間動脈の）Collateral branch of posterior intercostal artery(Ramus collateralis arteria intercostalis posterioris)

側副枝（肋間動脈の）【そくふくし（ろっかんどうみゃくの）】 Parallel branch arising near the angle of rib and passing to the intercostal artery. It travels anteriorly along the superior border of the next lowest rib and anastomoses with the internal thoracic artery.(肋間動脈の側副枝は肋骨角の近くで出て肋間動脈に平行な枝。すぐ下の肋骨上縁を前方に走る。内胸動脈と吻合する。)
