総肝動脈Common hepatic artery(Arteria hepatica communis)

総肝動脈【そうかんどうみゃく】 Usually a blanch from the celiac trunk. It passes in the inferior gastropancreatic fold to the right and divides above the pylorus into the hepatic artery proper and gastroduodenal artery.(総肝動脈は腹腔動脈（まれに上腸間膜動脈）より起こり、右胃動脈、胃十二指腸動脈、固有肝動脈に分布する。胃十二指腸動脈と固有肝動脈に分かれる。)
