左胃大網動脈【さいたいもうどうみゃく】 It initially lies in the gastrosplenic ligament and then passes in the greater omentum toward the right gastro-omental artery.(左胃大網動脈は脾動脈から起こり、胃の大弯と大網とに分布し、右胃大網動脈・短胃動脈と吻合している。)
