上枝（上殿動脈の）【じょうし（じょうでんどうみゃくの）】 Branch passing on the upper border of the gluteus minimus to the tensor muscle of fascia lata.(上臀動脈の上枝は中臀筋と小臀筋の間を通って、この両筋ならびに大腿筋膜張筋に分布する。)
