腓骨回旋枝；腓骨枝（後脛骨動脈の）Circumflex fibular branch of posterior tibial artery; Circumflex peroneal branch of posterior tibial artery(Ramus circumflexus fibularis; Ramus circumflexus peronealis (Arteria tibialis posterioris))

腓骨回旋枝；腓骨枝（後脛骨動脈の）【ひこつかいせんし；ひこつし（こうけいこつどうみゃくの）】 Branch arising at the very beginning of the posterior tibial artery and traveling anteriorly around the fibula to the genicular anastomosis.(後脛骨動脈の腓骨回旋枝は多くは後脛骨動脈の起始の直下でおこるが、ときに膝窩動脈の下端または前脛骨動脈よりおこり、外下方に走って腓骨頭の下でその外面をまわって下腿の前面に出て膝関節網と周囲の筋へ。)
