区内枝；区内部(V3a)（右肺上葉の前静脈の）【くないし；くないぶ(V3a)（うはいじょうようのぜんじょうみゃくの）】 Twig draining the anterior segment.(右肺の前上葉静脈の区内枝は前上葉区からでてくる小枝。日本語では前上葉静脈の区内枝を通常用いるがここでは直訳の用語も採用した。)
