前肺底静脈（V8）；前肺底枝（V8）（右肺下葉の上肺底静脈の）【ぜんはいていじょうみゃく(V8)；ぜんはいていし(V8)（うはいかようのじょうはいていじょうみゃくの）】 Branch that drains the anterior segment and part of the lateral basal segment.(右肺下葉の上肺底静脈の前肺底静脈は前肺底区、一部は外側肺底区からの静脈枝。)
