Trolard's vein上吻合静脈；大吻合静脈【じょうふんごうじょうみゃく】 Inconstant, thicker anastomosis with the transverse sinus.(トロラー静脈とも呼ばれる。脳の表在静脈の一つで、通常、上矢状静脈洞と浅中大脳静脈とを結ぶ上吻合静脈をさす。　フランスの解剖学者Paulin Trolard (1842-1910)の名を冠する。)
