外側中脳静脈【がいそくちゅうのうじょうみゃく】 In connects the basal vein with the petrosal vein.(外側中脳静脈は大脳脚と被蓋の間の外側中脳溝を走行する静脈で、後中脳静脈Rosenthal veinと錐体静脈との吻合血管として重要である。)
