左枝（門脈の）Left branch of portal vein(Ramus sinister vena portae hepatis)

左枝（門脈の）【さし（もんみゃくの）】 Longer, smaller-caliber branch. It supplies the left lobe of liver as well as the caudate and quadrate lobes.(門脈の左枝は長く、やや細い。肝左葉と尾状葉、方形葉に供給する。)
