［右・左］鎖骨下リンパ本幹【［う・さ］さこつかりんぱほんかん】 Lymphatic trunk arising from the arm, accompanying the subclavian vein and often emptying on the right side into the right lymphatic duct and on the left side into the angle between the left subclavian vein and internal jugular vein.(上肢からくるもので、鎖骨下静脈に伴って走り、右では右リンパ管本幹、左では内頚静脈と鎖骨下静脈がつくる角に入る。 (Feneis))
