腸リンパ本幹【ちょうりんぱほんかん】 Main branches that drain lymph from the region supplied by the superior and inferior mesenteric arteries into the chyle cistern.(大部分の腹部内臓のリンパを集めて乳ビ槽に送る管。腹部内臓からのリンパは、途中、大動脈前リンパ節（腹腔リンパ節・上腸間膜リンパ節・下腸間膜リンパ節）を経由し、ここからの輸出リンパ管が膵臓の後ろで合して腸リンパ本幹となる。（イラスト解剖学）)
