顎下リンパ節；オトガイ下リンパ節；耳下腺リンパ節【がくかりんぱせつ；おとがいかりんぱせつ；ぜっかせんりんぱせつ】 Lymph nodes located between the mandible and submandibular gland that serve as first and second filtering stations. Directly drain: medial angle of eye, cheek, side of nose, upper lip, lateral part of lower lip, gingiva, and anterior lateral border of the tongue. Indirectly drain: facial and submental nodes. Drain into: deep cervical lymph nodes.(所属リンパ節名（頚部）（100－sm）顎下腺周囲，顎舌骨筋の前面，耳下腺周囲に存在するリンパ節。 下顎骨と顎下腺の間にあり、第一および第二の瀘過場となる。直接の輸入領域は内眼角、頬、鼻翼、上唇、下唇側部、歯肉、舌外側縁の前部。間接的輸入領域は顔面およびオトガイ下リンパ節。輸出流は深頚リンパ節へ。)
