上深リンパ節；上深外側頚リンパ節；上深頚リンパ節【じょうしんりんぱせつ；じょうしんがいそくけいりんぱせつ；じょうしんけいりんぱせつ】 Nodes serving as the second filter station for nearly all lymph nodes of the head. They also receive direct peripheral vessels from the surrounding area. Drain into: jugular trunk.(所属リンパ節名（頚部）（102－up）上深頚リンパ節No.　100－sm との境界は顎二腹筋下縁。下縁は頚動脈分岐部。　 上深頚リンパ節は内頚静脈の上部に沿って存在する。とくに頚動脈三角にあるリンパ節は頚静脈二腹筋リンパ節といい、咽頭鼻部・後部、鼻腔の後部、扁桃、舌根などのリンパを受けるほかに、オトガイ下リンパ節・顎下リンパ節・深耳下腺リンパ節からの輸出リンパ管が流入する。)
